"The worst service I have ever received! We ordered 6 outfits and were promised that they woukd be delivered on the date we required it. Not only did that date surpass by 2 weeks but they didn't turn up at all for our occasion. All the while the shop owner made false promises that the dresses would arrive 'the next day' or 'were held up at heathrow customs' or even that 'the driver was resting in another city because he was tired' absolutely ridiculous. We ran around in a mad rush the day before the wedding to buy outfits, which ruined our wedding day experience and other things we were meant to do ( I cancelled tickets, travel plans and all sorts) Completely overshadowed the event itself as we were still reeling from what had happened! Will never forgive this man!"

"I had all my wedding outfits made here. At amazing prices with brilliant service. I was shopping around and found an outfit I liked but the asking price was just far too much! Popped into SS just to have a little look but didn't like anything. Before leaving I was stopped and asked if there's a particular design I had in mind they would be able to design it for me at a price I would not be disappointed with. They managed to design exactly what I wanted from the other shop at less then half price and even then the design was much better as I was able change bits of it...Maybe I was just lucky but SS designers really made my out fit and the rest of the families outfit amazingly...I saved thousands!!!!!"

"We went to this place to buy 15 outfits for one of our wedding events. They said it would be here within 4 weeks and gave a specific date, this date passed, and they kept promising it would come the next day. Then, 2 weeks after the original due date, it arrived, however it arrived in a completely different pattern, opposite colour, and horrible fit compared to what we tried on and saw the first time round. The guy lied and said it could be a completely different colour, design, size at the time of order etc. He said that this is what we bought, but when we showed him the picture, he didn't even apologise and just said he could will give our money back as he can sell these pieces more than we bought them for. Then we gave him £5 less than he asked for and he went crazy calling me a b******d and chucked the money in our faces and snatched the clothes we ordered from my hand. Such disgraceful behaviour. I have never been treated like this in my life in any shop I have been to. Horrible owner, and pathetic service with no sympathy or no apology towards their actions."
