"I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, the no returns or exchanges even if the item is faulty, like sole falling of the bottom of shoe after less than 1 week. The lady accused me of all sorts when I had brought them for a office job, then the man in the back came out and was aggressive trying to push me out his shop, infront of other customers . Do your self a big favour and do not shop here, I don't know how this shop is even still open, they have been reported to trading standards a number of times. They get you to go get cash out instead of using cards in the shop. Something not right with this shop."
"Just popped in for the first time & got three LOVELY new outfits! Staff couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Happy to stay open a little later so I can pop in & also will put things aside for me . Big thanks and will be seeing you guys again soon!"
"Customer service is terrible, the woman was rude and aggressive and they clearly had no idea about consumer rights. Bought as item that wasn't cheep which I later found had multiple open seems (not even torn, just not even stiched) clearly faulty. They would not exchange, refund or even give me money for repair. Absolute disgrace. Also they send you to draw out cash rather than pay by card all very dodgy. Would never use again."
"Looks nice on the eye, very poor, customer service has to be a joke, no return policy, no receipts when you bought your items. Even with the no return policy they should be advising no receipts. How can you have a no return policy when the materials are cheap, craftsmanship terrible. They say you can return it in a straight, haven't tried that know if the answer. It doesn't take long to judge this place. Anyone who get anything good, just look around some other cheaper shops, you will find it there. Embarrassing"
