"Excellent customer service. Staff needs 10 stars at reception. Other room is still needs some training to handle applicants specially the girl at counter 3 who doesn't seem trained and professionally dressed. Full points to ma'am who checks the file and speedily sends you from the waiting room for biometrics. She also points out your missing papers and quickly fixes them. Thank you for being so helpful. "Super speed and efficiency by lady checking the paperwork. She's terrific. She knows many ways to solve if we are stuck with any incorrect or missing documents. And the best part is her pleasant personality and patience with us. I haven't seen any visa centre being so helpful like this one. I have a special mention to make for the same person as she really helped me to complete my appointment and also updated me every time I emailed to check my update until received my passport with visa. She replied to my emails and updated me on every step of the process. I was really made to feel like a VIP. "I have to recommend Visa office as it was the best service we received by any visa office so far. Always getting so much tensed when applying for a visa but Spain Manchester visa staff is so kind and cooperative. My kids were so happy to visit also. The reception lady who offered us water and crisps and made my kids feel comfortable in office is so nice that they wanted to visit her again.She also helped to complete the file and finish our appointment quickly as we were travelling from far with kids. The supervisor gave us priority as we were troubled because of missing documents.Great team great service. Office is small for busy hours but people keep moving in and out due to quick service."

I reached at 8:45 am and watched her work tirelessly till I was finished with my procedure.
