"Absolutely horrible and nonsensical staffs. Incorrigible and rude. On 12/12/22 the woman wearing sky blue scarf, with floral print top, behaved so rudely that I am still astonished. She was sitting beside the counter 2 on a bench separately. Its written everywhere in the office “NO VERBAL ABUSE” tolerated in our office but the staffs over there do the same. I would like her to remind that she might do this in her family but this is a polite British society where behaviour like this and people like her are really not accepted. She really needs an induction on how to behave with staffs before being employed. And I can see a couple of reviews on such behaviours especially towards brown skin so definitely that should raise the alarm."
"08.30 appointment at Manchester this morning , 6 month visa for France. No problems. Had to redo our photos and I couldn't adjust the photo booth height but someone quickly came to help. Both of us finished in under 30 minutes. Staff very pleasant, helpful, patient. We were served at desk 2, thankyou Couldn't fault them. I can imagine it could be different later in the day but our experience was extremely positive."
"Applying for a French tourist short stay visa, the whole booking process has been long windowed but it was doable with a bit of patience. We are due to travel on second week of November 2022, the visa documents were dropped off today 25/10/2022. It's highly unlikely that I will have my passport/visa back in time for the trip but miracles are all possible. All staff I encountered were professional I have no negative remarks to make about any of them. I arrived at 9:05am and I was all done at 9:45am. Compliments to the French-African security person a very professional and yet pleasant and funny. PS. I was unaware that spouses of UK citizens have now to pay the visa fee, although the French embassy doesn't seem to have updated their systems to reflect the change. TLS agent advised that the embassy got it the wrong in the application form which was clearly indicating that I would pay £0 and that since Brexit all spouses have to pay."
"I was here with my family for France visa. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Also, they were very patient when my kid took long time at the photo both trying to get a proper picture. They came in for help and trying to relax him for the pic. Highly recommend center."
"Extremely disappointed and frustrated because of the inconsiderate staff. First, I got this appointment after 3 months because there were no slots available. Then during document check, I was told 2 of my documents were not correct. They said they charge £50 per page for printout. On top of it, they were asking for £50 more so I could sit in the premium lounge to use my phone to arrange the new documents. I wasn’t allowed to go out and print them. Plus they gave me maximum 30 minutes to arrange the documents. So I had to withdraw my application because printing 4 sheets was going to cost me a hand and foot. Next appointment is 2 months later, after my flight tickets would have expired. I wish they were more considerate and compassionate. If they could let me out and gave me atleast an hour to arrange the docs, I could have been able to apply today."
