"Amazing design, over priced, friendly staff."
"Being 6ft 2”, and not the skinniest of people, I am not the easiest of people to dress. I walked self-consciously into this store and began looking for clothes for my holiday (not knowing quite where to start). A sales assistant asked if she could be of assistance and thereby followed one of the best shopping experiences of my life! With Sofia’s patience, we spent almost two hours trying on all sorts of styles and experimenting with different looks. Yes, I spent a ton of money but I left with a new holiday wardrobe and a big happy smile on my face as I felt I had just received the full personal shopper experience - Sofia got me trying things on I would never have looked at twice on the hanger! Great store, lovely gear and all the assistants are friendly and helpful."
"I visited the store at the weekend, despite it being super busy I was treated with respect and given a very personal experience. A stylist called Joanne really understood my needs and what I was looking for!"
"The shop is gorgeous - lovely decorations - stylish and posh. A huge variety of trendy outfit. Brilliant staff - friendly and efficient young ladies, and pretty in addition. Highly recommend!"
"This comment refers to their ONLINE customer service. Communication from customer service is extremely rude. I ordered two items online in October. One month later the items had not arrived. I was told that items were lost and refund was issued. I even forgot about the order when this month (2 months late!) the parcel arrived with lost items. This is where I made a mistake - instead of keeping quiet and keeping both money and the goods, I stupidly decided that I'd be honest and asked for a free return label that comes with every order. As a reply I get a very rude instruction I have copied below: "I request you use your own shipping method and return the items. Once returned contact back to us with a return receipt we will waive off the shipping charges, however if the items are not returned back the refund will be charged back." So they are "requesting" me to go and queue at the post office at the busiest time of the year, pay out of my own pocket for their own delivery mess and then go through the bother of trying to get my postage money back from them. The rude language used in correspondence is breath-taking especially taking into account the amount of money they charge for their clothes. I purchased a number of items from them before but I will not be using them after this."
