"I visited this shop with my daughter at the weekend, I purchased a designer top that I found not to be authentic, when I later made this known to the staff, who come across as both uninterested and rude, whilst also making me feel I was in the wrong to question there stock, the item was indeed fake, and I was able to exchange it for something else, this was all undertaken feeling like I had done something wrong, I later found out from my daughter who is just 9 years old that one of the shop girls upstairs made a snide comment about me as I went downstairs to check authenticity with guy downstairs again a obnoxious sap, my daughter later told me, That as I went downstairs the girl said,, poor so so ( can not recall His name, painted hand nails ) meaning that the guy I was complaining to was to be felt sorry for, that I was daring to come to speak with Him, indicating I was the problem here, they had even managed to lose my receipt, and try to convince me the item was not a counterfeit. I have read the previous comments about this dive of a shop and I would agree, the staff are bloody minded with bad attitudes and it would be best boycotted by anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience."
"They have unprofessional and unhelpful staff, and a very rude and pretentious woman from eastern Europe working in the shop. Most of the best designer goods is designed and made in Italy, my country, where we have tons of it in every city and village, therefore dealing with a female sales-assistant from a deprived country putting on airs because envious of my origins, my cheerfulness and expensive style, while surrounded by beautiful Italian goods, was gross and comical at the same time. I will not send my friends and family there."
"Discovered this vintage shop in Notting Hill during our last visit to the UK before the pandemic."
