"No customer service at all. I purchased a pair of shoes from their online store, went for a walk less than an hour and found the stitchings on the sole came apart. Emailed the store and got replied that it is not intended for “heavy” use and not considered as quality issue. Go ahead if you want a pair of 95 pound disposable shoes ."
"I have always found the staff and entire experience at Aime to be the best cure for anything that ails me. The shops are extremely well laid out, with beautiful things elegantly draping effortlessly on the hangers, perfect combinations of colour and understated beauty can be found everywhere you look. The staff are helpful and attentive, they often find hidden gems that I have missed or somehow overlooked. I try and stop by the Notting Hill shop every few months... there are wonderfully curated pieces that can make any and every woman feel amazing... We all deserve to feel good about ourselves and a stop by Aime is definitely good for the soul."
"One star due to the snotty manager who couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my friendliness as I paid her for the ridiculously expensive dress. In retrospect I should have walked out empty handed."
"I am not sure what someone had to do to be considered worthy of customer service in the shop, but I clearly didn't make their cut. I have been traveling and living out of a small suitcase for three months. I was very excited to shop and pick up some new pieces in London. I researched boutiques and carefully selected some shops since my time was limited. I was excited to go to Aimé, and it took me about an hour to travel there and back from my hotel. I walked into the shop, and there were two sales clerks and one other customer in the store. The boutique is tiny, so I found the pieces I wanted to try on within a few minutes. The sales clerk was engaged in a conversation with the other customer, so I waited about 7 minutes before going up and standing next to her to try and get her attention. She still would not acknowledge me for another 5 minutes. I just stood next to her for 5 minutes before she would even look at me. Finally, I told her I would like to try on two pieces. She said, "I will get my college to help you." I am not sure why she had the time to get another person but not show me the dressing room. I waited another 5 minutes before the other sales clerk came upstairs. Instead of assisting me, she joined the conversation with the other customer and sales clerk. I waited again another 5 minutes before I decided to leave the store. I had been in there for at least 20 minutes, waiting for someone to give me attention. Unfortunately, the pieces I had found were my favorite in all the shops I went to in London. I was particularly very excited about a Ulla Johnson dress. Still, it's not worth it to me to support a store that only offers service to those whose profile is worthy of their attention. It's unfortunate because this was the only place in London I have received bad service, or more accurately, no service at all. I have been very impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is in London, except the ladies at Aimé."
"French clothing store. Crazy prices but some lovely pieces from Isabel Marant, Mascob, Forte forte, Ula Johnson & the likes. Consumerism doesn’t feel relevant in Covid times. Friendly staff but some friends imply staff are terribly arrogant."
