"I have always been happy with the service in Matalan and today was the worst experience ever there!! I bought a bag upstairs and I already paid for it. When i went downstairs I bought few more things for my kids and I went to pay(downstairs). The lady who was serving there took the bag from my daughters hand in a very rude way. I Said why u doing this? she said its my job. Her job is not to humiliate me in front of all these people who was in the queue after me!! She could just kindly ask me: can you show me the receipt for this bag please? After this she asked me for the receipt which I did give her. Honestly I can't understand how can people employ these kind of people . I have been going to Matalan a lot because it is near my home and I love that shop but after this I'm definitely not going there anymore. To pay ur own money and to get humiliated like that in front of all these people! No way!"
