"Cant talk about the people who run the shop enough, they try to help in every way possible. I appreciate all that they do for me."
"They have a great selection of spirits at very good prices, some even cheaper than Tesco."
"Great shop run by kind family who always greet you with respect / kindness . Stacked with all the best stuff and really nice to visit after the new refurbishment"
"Being a local resident of over 15 years, my family and I have spent hundreds of pounds every year in this shop, happily supporting local business, understanding the need for this as I run one myself. However, I will no longer be using this shop. The owners decided that they would contact the council to report my vehicle (work van) as it was parked less than half a meter in front of the premises. They claimed that I was obstructing their dropped kerb / pathway crossover. I have researched this claim of a dropped kerb crossover, and looking at the current access, I suspect that this is not a legally permitted or installed dropped kerb and that actually appears that they are crossing over a public pathway illegally. I can not find any planning permission that a dropped kerb has been approved, in fact, the most recent planning permission application suggested that they do not have any permission for parking vehicles at the front of the premises. The access and parking of a vehicle to the hard standing area at the front of these premises would require permission. In its current setup, I would suggest that access and parking of a vehicle would breach planning permission for safety and environmental reasons . I fail to see how a vehicle can enter and exit the area safely due to the obstruction of a large parcel delivery collection / drop-off locker unit, also the hard standing area does not appear to have a surface with adequate drainage. If planning permission has be granted for access to the front of the premises, then they clearly are breaching the use, and I will be seeking the council review the dropped kerb / crossover is correctly installed and that any obstructions meet with planning on a saftey basis. Also, if the council will be issuing tickets for a dropped kerb / crossover that it should be clear visable that this is a fully approved and permitted dropped kerb / crossover, Which I do not believe it currently is. As I now have a PCN to appeal, I have no option but to highlight these issue to Hounslow Council and their athourised contractors Hounslow Highways. I am very disappointed in the action of the shop owner. You lost a customer who has supported your business over the last 5-6 years. All this in a time when people and Bussinesses are struggling with everything going on in the country at the moment."
"Lovely shop run by very polite family who always greet you with respect. Stacked with all the favourite alcohol, cigarettes, and snack especially fan of American export Takis."
