"Lack of customer service skills by staff. Had to visit this shop with my 3 very young children, was told that I have to try the clothing on in store as they do no refund or exchange. Struggled to do this with 3 young and tired children. Noticed a sign later stating exchange only, yet the shop assistant had written 'tried' on my receipt which would mean I cannot exchange if need be. I found this to be very misleading as they do not follow there own policies."
