"Okay CeX - Traded in a monitor to get a slightly newer model. Took an hour to test my monitor on a not particularly busy looking day, then questioned why I would want to see the monitor I was buying turned on. Staff seemed a bit downtrodden. As is usual with CeX, prices aren't set by staff and can be too much for certain items. No idea why turning the phones backwards was suggested as if I was to buy a phone I'd care a lot more about the screen condition than the back and I wouldn't que to get a staff member to turn it around. Overall, not bad but not great."
