"I have had the shopping from hell because I went to Tesco's the security stop me because you did not scan the security code on the jml glasses I bought he stop me to scan the security code I was made to look like a theif which I have never done in my life I can't show my face in Tesco's ever again all because of your store I'll be avoiding wilkos"
"Wilko chesterfield has really done it this time bought a pair of jmo glasses at the till they wouldn't scan so they just got a code and keyed it in we paid left the store went to Tesco's and when we went in the alarm went off the security guard came up had a look in our bag seen the glasses and straight away said it's them he scanned them on there till to turn the security tags off so thanks Wilko for making me look like a theif I'll be sure not to come to your store again cos you are incompetent"
"Used to like Wilko for its keen pricing and wide-ranging stock but it appears to be on a downward trajectory on the basis of a visit to the large Chesterfield branch. Lots of gaps on shelves and some lines (e.g. inkjet cartridges) completely out of stock. Hope the chain can ride out the retail storm but disappointed at having to shop elsewhere for stuff that Wilko used to stock..."
"Total lack of staff to ask for assistance in trying to find anything and huge gaps on the shelves as if Wilko is closing down. Also most self service check out tills closed leaving queues at the couple that are open. From being very good two years ago this company has gone to the dogs."
