"Absolutely appalling service from this shop today, I took my S20 Ultra in for a replacement camera glass. We had to take it back 3 times due to them not been careful and glass getting stuck under the replacement glass. I could have done the repair better myself and I plan to do all my own repairs going forward after this complete headache. They kept us waiting over 2 hours to sort the problem out in total. When we lived in Leeds they used to be good however I'm not happy on this occasion and the scratches they caused around the camera was disgusting."
