"Stay away, all good reviews are fake. I went to change screen, they said 70 screen and 20 labor. I brought my screen and asked them to fix, they denied the 20 and asked for 30 quids. I am happy they did not touch it after seeing their rude answers and the reviews here"
"Fantastic customer service, I've been in this trade although it was a long time ago, I do know when a tech repair chap is doing one over me but certainly not this lot. Thanks to Param and Ajmal"
"Absolutely disgusting workmanship. I recently had a new battery ( less than 6m ago) in my iPhone at a reputable repair specialist in The Trinity. However I broke my screen at the end of last month and took it to these SUPPOSED experts (hahahaha) on 07/08/20. Yes, they changed the screen, in under an hour and at a not too good a price. Around 17/08/2020 I noticed loss of power very quickly after charging, the phone no longer laid flat when screen down and cracks across the screen protector they charged me an extra £10 for (apparently "it's Gorilla glass and it don't break" - BS). I went back today (after my phone died in less than 30 minutes with 41% showing on the screen)and explained to the lad at iSmash what had happened and he looked at my iPhone and he explained that any work they had done was out of warrenty as someone else had worked on the phone since them and that there appeared to be a bleed on the haptic contact point when you touch the screen (basically other parts of the screen blur out). I was advised the battery would not be the problem as it would normally last a minimum 12m so the screen seemed to be either faulty are incorrectly fitted (it was not sitting flat). He also explained that as they'd fitted the battery there would be a warranty sticker on it. I said thank you and went to P&G and explained everything again to the young boy at the counter then again to the SUPPOSED expert. Again the phone was opened up in front of me and the screen lifted (using a stanley knife blade - WOW). At this point another staff member arrived and a brief conversation in a different language ensued and I was told "no, no the screen it ok it's your battery it is gone". I explained that the battery was fitted less than 6m ago and given a load of lies and drivel. At this point I will point out that I am a qualified Electrician and everything I use is Apple. I was shown the battery when again the stanley blade was jammed under the screen and lifted (none to gently I hasten to add). I noticed 3 things almost instantly: 1: No warranty sticker 2: The battery was blowing (swelling due to failure) 3: The battery is certainly older than 6m (YOU GUESSED IT!!! THEY SWAPPED IT OUT FOR MINE). On getting home na going to put my phone on charge so I can use it i noticed they had not even put the screws back in that they removed... I mentioned all three points and was just fobbed off and told it was the battery. I told them again the battery is classed as new still and informed them I would go to Trading Standards (the latest addition to the 3 translated this) and laughed, then looked at me, smirked and said "OK! Do it." Top and bottom DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.... THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR YOU OR YOUR TECH.... THEY WILL DENY ALL AFTER SALES RESPONSIBILITY... CONS... AND... MOST DEFINITELY NOT EXPERTS OR PROFESSIONALS...."
"All of those 5 star are probably fake review. In a pace of 4-5 years there are only 5 reviews submitted and most of them are 1-star review. All of them saying the same thing, abusive staff and owner. But for the past few weeks more than 10+ of 5-star review emerged within 2 weeks?!?! And all of them "coincidentally" gave this store 5-star as their first and only review. They all "coincidentally" left review at the pretty much same week. Anyway you can check if they really change the owner and staff. They used to be 3 middle East guys who work at this place. If they seem to be the way I described then just walk away for the sake of your phone and your own safety as well."
"NO STAR. Do not go this shop if you want to save money. I made mistake I should have gone to a proper shop where there is professional engineer and skill. I have got fixed the broken screen of my mobile but now I need to fix it again. Poor service."
