"We had a kitchen fitted over a year ago, when we went into the show room they couldn't do enough for you bent over backwards but the customer service afterwards was absolutely diabolical we had an issue with one of the cupboard doors 6months down the line still no new door no communication from them at all sent over 8 emails to be told we have the replacement door and will fit it when we have the guys available, 1 month later still no door fitted another email sent. To say I wouldn't recommend would be an understatement I really wouldn't use Inline at all so unhappy with them that it makes me fall out of love with my kitchen. Not an happy customer at all"

"We called into the shop whilst looking for kitchen appliances as they were a Neff supplier, we had already chosen our kitchen and were not from the area, in fact we live in Cheshire. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and not on the hard sell that we decided to give them our business for all our appliances, hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, sink, taps etc. The service they gave us was second to none- thank you Ryan and your father for all your help. They were delivered personally, as promised on time. I would certainly recommend them. The kitchen units looked amazing although we had already ordered ours from another supplier beforehand but I would most definitely recommend them.
