The staff were friendly and accommodating me to find the right product, I was able to exchange it with no problems. Additionally, I forgot some important documents in the scanner, but the staff were more than happy to help me retrieve them. Overall, I was impressed with the level of customer service and the efficiency of the staff."

Too much to say why, but he deserves proper recognition for being a fantastic manager (which I say both as a customer and as a former manager myself). He could have just 'gone with' what I went in for, but he knew that there was more to it than appeared.
