"Do not buy from this website under any circumstance. I bought a microwave that lasted 7 months exactly - one month longer than their warranty, which was convenient to say the least. Don't make the same mistake as I did as these products are extremely expensive to repair out of warranty and it's just a way of the company making more money off you. I never review negatively but I am gutted as I purchased from them because I hate wasting the Earth's resources but I just ended up buying a new one to replace it anyway, wasting the Earth's as well as mine. I want to help others not make the same mistake as me."

"I purchased a Tower Air Fryer which was about 20% less than elsewhere. I understood that this was a graded product, but thought i would give it a go. I called and they answered which was good. I ordered and it came the next day even though i paid for standard delivery. You could tell the item had been opened previously as it wasn't all in the correct place, packing tape had been removed. The instructions were missing, as was one silicone mitt, however these were not deal breakers as i downloaded the instructions. Plugged it in for the recommended trial 15min. Seemed to be ok but there was no heat, tried different settings and no luck. This was a faulty item, so these items don't seem to be checked for contents or tested which is a shame. Called them and arranged for a return and refund. I dropped it off at the post office the same day, and it arrived back with them the next morning. I chased the refund the next day and this was processed. I think this is just hit and miss, you may get a good 'second' product, but don't expect it to be 'as new' or tested/checked. Bit of a gamble which didn't pay off for me. But they answered the phone and dealt with the problem in reasonable time so that was positive. I think this is a fair review of my experience."

"Having read plenty of poor reviews on this place I was a bit sceptical, but decided that since the item I wanted was massively lower than retail price, I'd risk it. Glad I did. Great item. No damage. Works perfectly, and delivered in a couple of days."

"AVOID buying from this website. I placed an order that showed 5 in stock. I ordered in time for Christmas. for an elderly lady who is in a hospice. 5 days after ordering and still no despatch notification I chased it up only to get a reply saying they couldn't fulfil the order as they had no stock! Apparently I've been refunded today but I have to wait 3-5 working days for the money and I can't order elsewhere until I've got the money in my account which means I can't get anything sent in time for Christmas now. I wish I'd paid more attention to the reviews!!!"

"Bought an airfryer online. Arrived within 3 days and although the box was damaged, which I expected, the airfryer was in new condition and works brilliant. Have recommended to a friend who has now ordered too!"
