"Iv been here a few times. Each bin can can earn u £4. They buy all western clothes but not ripped as they told me they sell them in Romania so I understand this. It’s not a recycling shop where u get rid of torn, damaged clothes. They also buy toys which shocked me as I used to throw all away."

"Been all local clothes places and can’t make sense why stuff gets knocked back (even new items) the items we take all the places are clean, have obv been worn but reusable. Here they took all the items straight away, weigh them and give you a price (to be bank transfer later) then you can leave. They explained they call us end of the day. When they’ve sorted through them we got a call and most items were accepted and the money transferred. Will be going back this week as long as it’s the same system will always use this place"

"The service was very nice, the fact that you just couldn't accept something. He has clearly defined what he can and cannot take. People would like them to take dirty, smelly clothes. People come to your senses, these things later go for other people! It gives 5 stars because the fact that you have not accepted something once does not mean that the company is bad."

"I just heard about bad review for this company today. I know girls working there and they very kind , hard and working girls. I dropped off more than 10 times bags with my wife clothes and never had any problems.We know that they not accept socks:) and is normal ok with us. This last bad review look like a other company advert to have more customers... this trick is very awfull and rude... to blackmail good company ..."

"Female counter staff very rude. She never even bothered to weigh two of the four & half jammed packed pink charity bags (their bags) of the clothes that I'd donated she assumed a price either that or she only paid me for just two & half she did actually weigh. Won't be going again nor recommending that charity shop. I'd of rather taken it to one that appreciated it - only went to that one due to covid restrictions on the other's as you can't do drop off at small local one's. Yes, it does speak for itself it shows that people work night shifts & that people have breaks during their shift!!! After all it's a review page for people to leave a review of their experience of taking clothes to that location & in any 24 hour's on any day that you can leave a review..... As for the counter staff is professional - one begs to differ on that otherwise she would of weighed all of the four & half pink bag's that was accepted instead of weighing only two & half of the accepted pink bag's & at no point in the above comment did it state that any item's weren't accepted. It states either they weren't all paid for or she assumed a price for them. Maybe improve on customer service skills & manners!!"
