"As a new customer, I sat down and waited in the 'queue' for 10 mins, at which point another person came in. Another 5 mins passed, by which time it was my turn. The person who'd arrived after me (who was clearly a regular and known by name) ignored me and sat in the chair be served next That was frustrating, but not as frustrating as being completely ignored by both barbers. Obviously, at that point, having already wasted more than 15 minutes, I simply left the shop. They were clearly not the least interested in my custom, despite the fact there are at least 4 other barbers within a 5 mins walk. I won't be bothering to go here again"
