"Absolutely fuming! Received a call less than 24 hours before my nail appointment and they said it had to be cancelled due to change to staff hours. I booked this appointment two weeks ago and they had plenty of time to tell me of their new opening hours Offered to rebook for a later date but I am going on holiday the next day. Definitely won't be coming here again!! Book at your own risk."

"I had a 1 hour massage for £65 which is quite expensive. The treatment started 20 minutes late and I was asked to wait. The massage its self was nice but there are no separate rooms it's all cubicles so the noise and music from the sunbeds along with the chatter and closing of doors etc spoilt the experience. I wouldn't go here for a massage again as it's too noisy."
