"I went in to buy a replacement bike for a stolen one. Ricki helped me to buy a new one.He took the time to check and alter the brakes, check the gears, pump the tyres up! Pretty much, a full service! He was brilliant and his service was above and beyond. The bikes are brilliant value too, but the customer service was amazing. "The shop is really small compared to even city centre Decathlons. It is inside the Asda supermarket, basically in a mezzanine. It has a small section in most mainstream sports but don't bother if you want to see something specialist in real life before buying. The Coventry branch is much better."
