"I have a huge fear of the dentist and was assured the dentist was lovely, when I arrived this in my opinion was not the case, I had a panic attack when I walked in the room and was not reassured by the dentist was actually told that all people have fears and have to get on with it and that because of the level of my reaction I’d probably need treatment to take place in the hospital, I was then told the dentist would call me back personally to discuss a treatment plan within a few days and this never happened I actually waited approx 3 wks for three wks for the call which was from her assistant not her and was told I would have to return to discuss in person, however based on my experience I declined the offer and have since sought treatment else where, I found the dentists treatment of me and my fears very unprofessional and cold and would defiantly not recommend this practice as was made to feel even worse"

"If I could give 0 stars i would. Staff are so rude, the only people I can't understand in England. They did only one job and it was awful. Left bits of my tooth in my gum so I was in pain until my next appointment. At this appointment I left forever. And I will not be going back! Ever!"

"Fantastic dental practice with very friendly staff. Debi greets patients with a warm welcome and the Nosheen is always very kind and caring whilst carrying out treatment. All treatment plans are discussed and agreed prior to them being carried out."

"Registered with the practice few months ago after moving to Manchester. Long waiting list to get an appointment. Had an initial check up few weeks ago, nothing was done apart from an X-ray and asked to come back for a filling? Didn't notice have a hole in the tooth so why filling? The dentist had missed a crack in a molar tooth so had to ask the dentist about the plan and was poorly communicated. Nothing mentioned about the scaling and routine procedure as usually done by an experienced dentist. Poor communication between dentist and the receptionist. Dentist seem not sure about the plan of treatment and when asked when to book the next appointment, she said 'the receptionist will sort it out.' When arrived home, I realised there was a red mark on the forehead which possibly came from the instrument that the dentist put for the X-ray, the mark was quite prominent and only disappeared after few days! Not very happy with the service due to lack of experience from dentist, poor communication between the dentist and the patient/receptionist, The receptionist is also rude and not helpful at all. Removed myself from the practice as disappointed with the service provided."
