"Had the car in for an MOT. I had already made them aware that the vehicle was running rough and that it had nothing to do with coil packs and spark plugs. However it seems they either didn’t listen or misunderstood my point as they went on to order new spark plugs which I was charged for to have them only to state the obvious that the engine was running rough on idle. Respectfully, this place is great for Services and MOT, but I would avoid if it came to fault finding and problem solving. In the end great guys and credit where is due, but unfortunately not the place to go unless you’re having services MOT, and other basic engine procedures. In the end, I solved the issue myself and saved myself a lot of money. I will still use these guys for Service and MOT though! Liam the gentleman who served me was a pleasure to deal with."
