"I booked a Chauffeur with TIS between the Christmas and New Year period 2022, and entrusted them to take my 94 year old aunt home from Chester to Yorkshire. I cannot rate the service they delivered highly enough. The initial booking process with Faizaan, was very professional and Faizaan was very helpful and informative and sent me all the details promptly using Watts App. The driver’s details were sent to be the day before travel and we arranged pick up. Chris, the driver, was fantastic and really went above and beyond to ensure my aunt had a comfortable and safe journey home and helped carry all her bags inside at the drop off location (and even rang me to advise me she was now home!!). My aunt commented he was an excellent and careful driver and very professional and personable and would certainly use again. Thanks so much TIS for providing an excellent service that is rarely seen these day!"
