"Love some of the clothes they sell. However they are always having signs outside the shop saying “25% on all dresses” etc which don’t even work. A woman today was told there is no discount then why on Earth is it outside? No one was there in the dressing rooms (never is, I tend to sort myself out there now). When I was served the cashier didn’t even look at me, all of the staff was cackling and talking to one another (which I’ve no problem with) but it’s when they won’t even stop to speak a word to you or look at you while you’re serving them! I asked to apply my student discount but she carried on talking to her friend, interrupting and ignoring me, then I repeated mysellf, she interrupted me mid sentence again and didn’t tell me whether my discount was put on or not when i asked. I’ve had multiple experiences with terrible customer service and ignorant staff but wow."
