Reviews
"The café itself is decent enough but what gets me Is that there is usually only one person serving, that said person who handles money and counter food like toasties, and never wears gloves.bssic hygeine that doesn't exist."
"Chips cold and not cooked told oven chips now that is the problem."
"Sainsburys generally is going down hill including the cafe. Cold /warm food and poor quality sausage. Waiting time increased perhaps because some staff, not all, are not interested ie one chap made no attempt to speak whilst serving because he had an ear pod in. Coffee is very good and some staff are brilliant which actually helps."
"Really like it in here. There doesn't seem to be any other place in Heald Green doing an early weekend breakfast. The John Lewis cafe is expensive and a bit posh, so this place is a great cheap eat with the kids."
"I submitted a review previously and submitted a photo when Sainsbury's experimented with ripping off customers with the taste the difference breakfast. I slated the company and their disregard for their customers. Happily they have relented and returned to their normal breakfast and the cafe is busy again. Not beyond the odd tactic they've upped the price by 25p and renamed the cafe so the review is removed but I'll allow them that. Hopefully in future they won't treat customers with such disdain with the goal of increased profits and the manager of the change has been moved on to another company which is desperate e.g. green king pubs who are notorious for this sort of behaviour. Thank you Sainsbury's my daughter and i enjoyed our breakfast . have my £11. There are now 30 people in the cafe spending probably similar and turnover is swift so you had your money anyway. It's not all about margins."
