"The manager and staff at Jd Oldham specifically were very rude. I and my gf went there for a refund as my gf wanted to refund what she has bought on line. When we got there, she went to the till, and instead of attending to her they ( the so called manager as he called himself and another staff at the till just ignored her and continued gossiping and giggling between themselves about one of their colleagues while she stood there waiting to be attended to and when she then called for their attention as she has been waiting, the manager responded rudely and aggressive and asked my GF told them that she has been waiting and they just ignored her and is not good on them but instead he said he told her to leave the store then I stepped in and asked him not to talk to my gf in such manner and then he processed the return which he did wrongly anyway, she realised it when she got home."

"Went in yesterday and most of the staff having a chat. Went to the tills no one was there. A member of staff saw us and ignored. Then another came eventually. Very unimpressed with this customer service."

"I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option, came in with my 2 yr old to look for some Spider-Man trainers to exchange on a Wednesday afternoon the shop was hot and sweaty, 2 members of staff on trainers it took a while to get served, then waited longer from them to come back to say oh yea I’ll get someone to have a look. Told them to forget it in the end the queue to pay was huge and toddler had had enough by this point, Won’t be using this branch in future poor stock/ poor staff/ horrible shop layout and experience"
