"Scotts Menswear have been very unprofessional in dealing with my ongoing complaint. They show no respect or concerns. They’ll message you with fake apologies then play around with you like mind game. They want you to brush your complaint under the carpet without a satisfactory solution. Why can’t anyone at Scotts have the decency to resolve something which is now gone over a month. Everyone who works for Scotts Menswear are too naive to admit to their faults. If you criticise them they’ll play around with you and refuse to help you. They are happy to take your money then supply you with the wrong goods. Two times they have done this but they are refusing to blame anyone who works for their company but the customer. They are not very nice people to deal with. Customers deserve to be treated better. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at Scotts or their parent companies."

"One item missing from their dispatch note. I immediately emailed their customer service. They said they have patched it and nothing they can do. This is their words against mine. The value is £25 out of a £160 order. They asked me to check with anyone in the house. I am the only one at my home. I have never had experience with another company. So, don't shop with Tessuti."

"I have spent a fortune in this shop in the past. I went to the new store last week and ordered a pair of Boss jeans and paid a pound for next day delivery. The jeans camec2 days later and were the wrong colour. I spoke to the manager who said the people in the warehouse weren't very good. I asked to re order the jeans and he said there is no point the same will probably happen again. The money was put back on my card £110 and 3 days later it still hasn't appeared. Not only did you talk yourself out of a sale,you have lost a good customer. Very shoddy service"

"Classic designer labels including, Boss, Armani, Pretty Green etc. Current Sale on (July 21) but overall a tired and scruffy store in need of updating and refreshing. Staff could also do with a makeover, they don't inspire you to buy the clothes. Sorry but true."

"Went in to the store 3 weeks ago... 2 lads talking to each other near the door, couldn't tell if they were staff or customers. When I entered I greeted them. Got no response back. Was looking at high end clothes and went to the sales section (who doesn't want a bargain) made eye contact with one of them, not interested wanted to ask if they had a particular size....didn't ask once if I needed any help, or say if you need anything were hear to help. Spent 20mins in the store. The other one went to the till. Someone spent £80+ and the customer was the one whom said thanks mate see you again. The staff member....yeah see ya. Brain dead staff. No interaction or couldn't give a toss. People are parting with £££'s in the store....even in this climate."
