"First time using this take away. Tbf the food was ok but turned up cold. Rang takeaway to be told that we are 6 miles away and that just eat shouldnt have allowed it to be ordered ,. To me this isn't a good excuse as have ordered food from places further away and its arrived hot. They said they would replace food but nothing arrived and then had a message saying it has been cancelled. A phone call would have been good sat around waiting for food to come. Not great service or communication. Ate warmed up food 2 hours after it first arrived."
