"Really bad experience with our local Yaprak Express in Pinner. We order 2-3 times a month from. Them this time and the last was terrible. Our order is usually via uber with a small change, chips instead of rice. Always written in the notes and followed by a call to confirm. Gentlemen on phone had no time to listen and therefore didn't fo our usual substitutes. Food due to arrive in 20-40mins....arrived in Hong hour after 2 calls with wrong order. Called back said he'd send chips with his driver immediately....I am writing this 3 hours later. Chips never arrived, chicken and lamb over cooked in the oven whilst waiting for chips so doesn't taste nice. Tried calling back several times, they wouldn't take the call. Order placed at 6.10pm first part arrived 7.15pm 25 mins late. Chips still not here it's 10.30pm. 2 stars given as there food is usually delicious and staff very friendly and this time I'm unwell unable to cook or leave the house so will just have to leave it like this. Very sad.....listen to you locals, without their support you won't survive"

"Let me take you on a magical food ride. The food was exceptional. Usually when you order kebabs and it says it comes with salad it’s usually the dullest brown selection of leaves you can find. Not at this gaff. There were little rubies of pomegranate seeds mixed in which hit you with a spray of juice it was so fresh you could taste the morning dew on the lettuce leaves. Then there is the bread you don’t have to order the bread it just comes with the food order. It was genuinely one of the best flatbreads I have ever had it was so light and fluffy that it was a pleasure to tear and eat with the Hummus. The rice and barley was exceptional so flavoursome and really made the chips redundant. That being said what a revelation the chips were perfectly seasoned and had a real uniqueness to them when it came to a spice mix not at all over powering but subtle kisses of flavour. Then we move onto the kebabs themselves. The chicken and Lamb shush kebabs the meat was moist and tender whilst also being sturdy enough to use to mop up some of the hummus and chilli dip that is supplied. I will certainly be ordering from here again very soon. Thank you gents."
