"We just received an order via deliveroo, which we paid almost £70 for, which looked like a promising meal for 3 people. Never have we received a takeaway and felt quite so robbed! Let's begin with the starters. The salt and pepper chicken wings tasted ok, but were dry. The prawn toast (almost £7???) tasted of old fat. The bao buns were ok. The mains.....£20 for half a hacked up duck, which was mostly bones, fat and slimy skin and just tasted odd!! The belly pork tasted good, but was a tiny portion of around 2 quids worth of pork for £13!! It was honestly appalling. Avoid at all costs."
"Very expensive for a tiny piece of roast pork. I can get double the size for the same price in Manchester. Feels like I've been ripped off."
"Great location just off the M62, so it was easy for me to get there from Manchester. I went there for my grandma’s birthday last week, we had a great time. It was a lovely environment and super delicious food. I love their beef noodles and crispy duck. So delicious, we will defo visit again. Thanks for the company guys !"
"I have always enjoyed the Hong Kong, Cantonese and northeastern Chinese cuisines at Hee Kee Liverpool, so I am thrilled about the opening of their Warrington branch (which is closer to where I live). The food at the Warrington restaurant is likewise amazingly delicious. My favourites are their salt and pepper dishes (whether squid or chicken), sautéed green beans (欖菜四季豆)and Hong Kong style milk tea. Will definitely try their seafood next time! (Note: the photos with menus under the dishes were taken at Hee Kee Liverpool)"
