"Wouldn’t even give 1 star . The food was 2.5 hours late so we called and wouldn’t mind if they explained to us if there was a wait, they said they went do a different house even tho my correct house was on the order however Idm, I just got off the phone with them and got spoken/screamed at like absolute rubbish! Never had anything like it. Do not go here. Not received my food or a refund , shocking."
"I liked this place the first time we ordered but after ordering for the second time I can say I will not be ordering from them again, staff were very rude after accusing us of lying about our address because they were at the wrong address, our address was clearly stated on Uber eats yet they still tried to argue at the door and on the phone, when the food arrived it was cold and we didn’t receive the whole order"
"cold food 45 minutes delay, lettuce only onion and 2 slices of tomato I do not recommend. My cat probably eats better than what I received in the order"
"Ordered online was contacted once an hour after order was placed and told the milkshake machine was broken which is fair enough but was then contacted another hour later saying they don't deliver to us because we're two far away, just over 2 hours after placing the order! The order should of been declined on this basis before it was even processed"
