"Didn’t reply to messages, no contact number, food didn’t arrive. Charged £30.50 for nothing. Ordered 40 minutes before closing time and received confirmation it would be here within 20 minutes. Not good enough really. At least with the big pizza places they let you know what’s happening. Trying to support small local business that advertise DAILY how quickly they will deliver to you but what a let down! Not even sure how I’m supposed to get a refund as they don’t reply to messages."
