"The service is actually quite shocking. The food is alright but has taken a downturn in recent months. I’ve ordered from here for years but recently it’s been quite poor. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. I’ve given them a fair amount of chances over the past couple of months but having ordered today, it will be my last."

"Ordered from here last night though just eat at 8pm at 9:15 pm still no sign on the food so we ring to get an estimate of the arrival as we’d had the ‘en route’ notification about 30 mins ago. We was told my the lady on the phone that the delivery man had 4 drop offs in the area and would be 10-15 mins. So we continue to wait… it’s now 9:50pm and still had nothing so we ring back again to ask where the food is, a guy this time who hung up on us after we pointed out it was nearly 10pm and had made the order at 8pm. 10:05pm the food turns up. Chips cold to the point they were inedible, chicken balls cold & chewy, prawn toast = cold. The only thing that was salvageable was the rice & the chow mien. I understand it’s busy but it you’re too busy, refuse the order and we would have used another place. We live 2.3 miles (11 min drive) from the restaurant, if that’s too far you need to adjust your radius on just eat. £40 wasted! If you’re reading this go to Little China is lower broughton, it’s the BEST for Chinese, the into reason I didn’t go there last night is because they’re not on just eat for us and I didn’t want to drive! Will be making the effort everytime I fancy a Chinese now."

"Terrible customer service, ordered at 1910 for delivery at 2000, got confirmation of driver on the way at 1950. Rang restaurant at 2030 to see where order was at and the woman said it wasn’t even ready! Never mind on the way! Do not order from here if you want your food within 5 working days!"

"Ordered on uber eats last night. Never used before and won't again. I used because it said 20 to 40 mins. It was actually an hour and 40 minutes, no contact, no update, can't get through on the phone at all. Clearly they have a short delivery time showing to draw you in and after you order, it changes. Our food was cold by the time it arrived. Will also be complaining to Uber eats. No apology from the driver when he delivered the cold food 1 hour and 40 minutes later either."
