"Only used this twice and stopped when we realised how low the 'scores on the doors' rated it based on the cleanliness etc. The food was OK, the service was fine but won't use it again until the score goes up. Its currently rated 3 which is "generally satisfactory " for hygiene,structural compliance and confidence in management. The hygiene rating is what concerned us the most"

"Very poor service and food. Had to wait over twenty minutes for fish & chips on Friday evening! The fish was being prepared in the back kitchen for some reason and brought through two at a time, not in the frier counter as usual! Never again."
"I ordered and had stuff missing and got the wrong change. The food is ok but when I order AND PAY FOR Roe with my chips I EXPECT Roe with my chips! Avoid if possible, If you have to order for here keep the item count down (2 max) and have the exact amount. Note that it's cash only read from that as you will. As an act of good faith I'll assume this is down to goof up rather than malice."
