"Bought a pizza online on their website, collected for £12. Was told it would have cost £7 if I had ordered on the phone. Online order is almost twice the price ! It’s your own website, why have you put such a discrepancy in your prices online and on the phone or shop? It defies any common sense ! And if you want to make amends, charge the customer the shop price when they collect regardless of what it said on the website, you are still getting paid cash anyway ! I am so annoyed and vexed that I’m not going to come here again ! You just lost a customer ! Highly not recommended!!"
