"Avoid at all costs! Second time this has happened. Ordered at 6.15 stated 45 minutes collection time. Went at 7 o’clock absolute shambles of a place. Did not get my order until 8.20 so over a two hour wait! In a tiny place with no refreshments and absolutely full to the brim with everyone saying the same things. Got home and then found out they had forgotten our starters after all that! Heard they have done the same to other people so must be a regular occurrence. Tried to call and constantly engaged absolute waste of space and ruined a birthday evening! Shall never ever return… do go elsewhere!!"

"Ordered online at 6.30pm for collection. They stayed it would take an hour but once we got there it was another 30 mins. The place is tiny and it was heaving with people saying the same thing.. they had all been waiting far too long. No explanation as to why everyone’s orders were so late but they kept answering the phone and taking more orders.they clearly hadn’t even started to cook our food by the 60 min collection time so we had to wait another 30 mins for it to be ready. Once home we realised they’d forgotten a rice but we didn’t want to go back. I wouldn’t bother with this place, plenty of others far better"

"Be prepared to wait for 1hr longer than quoted when collecting. front of house struggle to manage orders and packing. Quote ‘it’s being cooked now, will be 15 mins wait’ yet take another 30 mins on top. Be warned the timings are all out."

"Placed my order early and they accepted it at 5:21. It’s 19:45 and they still haven’t delivered it. And it was only a simple curry and rice. Every time I call they say 10mins. Don’t bother."

"You took my payment and didn’t deliver my food. I waited an hour and you updated Just Eat and said it was on its way, and it updated again saying enjoy your food, then updated it saying the food was delivered. Are you for real. What food? I then tried calling the restaurant and you had closed. I’m not sure wether your driver stole my food or you decided you couldn’t wait to close the shop and go home but there was definitely no attempt to deliver it because I had no missed calls on my phone. This is the first time I’ve ordered from you and it will certainly be the last and I’ll be telling locals around Knowle and Solihull to avoid your establishment. There wouldn’t be any point in using it anyway, it’s not like the food actually turns up. Thanks for nothing thieves."
