"Wasnt so good this time We ordered takeaway and if we were eating it out it wouldent have been nice as only luke warm so had to heat in microwave Were only 2 mins away, also chips werent as nice They were all clumped together and just soggy as if it had been put up for ages and we were actually 5 mins early than it was due Well go again though as portions are good and it is usually much better"

"Had lovley food from here .but yesterday dried up chips fish batter hard clearly heated up from lunchtime .also surprised iv read comment from owner they don't use boxes !!! They do !"

"Honestly don’t bother …. Terrible customer service. Placed order for delivery at 6.07pm for delivery at 7pm. At 7:35 still not arrived, Understandably busy on a Friday night, however when contacted I was told that that it would be an additional 30 mins, no 40 mins, no 50 mins! So after ordering at just past 6pm it will take 2.5 hours to receive an order. I asked to cancel and to refund the order and the young lad said he would put his manager on the phone, I could hear her as what only can be described as squawking loudly in the back ground at the lad who had answered the telephone. I believe not a great experience for customers in the shop, staff or me at the other end of the phone. I always try to support local business, and generally find customer service much better, but this is an experience I do not want to repeat, her disregard for the customer was unacceptable. They clearly are too busy and do not need my added business. It’s disappointing that I will no longer be visiting our local fish and chip bar, however the attitude and temperament has now put me off forever. As much as they may not need the business now, hard times are to come. If you can disregard repeat customers as easy as she has done tonight, good luck to them, they’re going to need it!"

"After visiting dorridge fish bar and paying £9.80 for large cod and small chips I was disappointed to find a measly portion of chips and a piece of cod that was extremely greasy lots of batter and not much white cod and was in two pieces looked like ro small cods put together. I've had a few visits here before and items have been missing from my order. Sorry to say but I won't be using again this is the last time. Customer service was also poor. I used this chip shop before it changed hands and it was excellent.. But not anymore!"

"SHOCKING, Bought a mini fish with a portion of chips and the fish was only slightly thicker then a jumbo sausage. It cost £3.70 and its tiny also had a donner kebab, which was full of the ends that you cut of from the tops and bottom of the donner kebab roll small chunks of meat and hardly much meat in the pitta, its like they ran out and thought well give what's left and top it up with salad.Very poor quality for the price charged. Very disappointed appointed. If you have also experienced service/food like this, you should do a review as its unacceptable."
