"I ordered a pizza deal which was 2 X large pizzas with drink, fries an garlic bread, the delivery arrived after 30mins food was NOT piping hot and the pizza had a FUNNY TASTE, I myself was at work I got back late and the kids told me, i warmed 2 slices to eat and the chicken pizza did taste weird and the donner pizza I took one bite and it tasted OFF it actually tasted really gross. The next day when they opened up in the afternoon I called to let them know, as the night before it was late, the brother I spoke to was keep saying I don’t understand please explain, I said I am telling you the pizza was off how else do you want me to explain, I said the next day the pizza had a smell when we warmed it so it’s 100% the meat must have been off, I received no refund and he kept saying we can’t do anything if you are calling the next day. I actually don’t think they was going to do anything even if I called the same day they would have had another excuse like why tell us after few hours. But anyway Absolutely appalling customer service and will never be ordering from them again!!!!"
