"I've generally had good experiences with this place, but tonight was a bit of an ordeal. I placed my order online on their website just before 7:40. The time frame is usually between 50 mins - 1hr. My order didn't arrive until almost 9:30! I know it's a Friday and that is most likely one of their busiest days, but almost 2hrs is a very long wait. At one point, I was worried that my order had been forgotten and I was about to phone, but then my order turned up. Everything was practically cold. Previous times, my orders have always arrived within the time frame, (on Friday), hot and fresh. Contemplating on whether I should place any more orders in the future or go elsewhere."

"Order from here all the time, generally very good waited 2 hours tonight for a pizza, called them several times, oven was broken! It’s on the way and it will be there in 15 minutes, 44 minutes after that conversation and had this pizza turn up looking like god knows what and freezing cold, I suppose that’s what happens when you for a pizza for 2 hours, photo attached"
