"To be fair the food is pretty good and we have used empress for a while with no issues, however on the last delivery, we were given someone elses order which took another hour to sort out and redeliver, I have no problem with that but when it was finally redelivered, the driver stank of weed and was swaying all over the place. No way am I having druggies at my door so sent him away and went to the chippie. wont use again"
"Just seen the last review and cannot agree more. We just had a chicken korma so pale watery and tasteless . the peshwari naan was burned on the outside and undercooked in the middle . Went back to complain to give them the opportunity to put it right rather than me leave a bad review but sadly only refunded the naan so hence my post . The waiting area is filthy too."
