Reviews
"I bought a pizza today and Bianca's customer service was brilliant."
"Very rude staff, always having conversations amongst themselves and ignoring the phone, ignoring customers in store and certain staff members are extremely rude, and make comments about their customers. Shake their head at customers for no apparent reason. Ordered a delivery yesterday and it took 2 hours to get to me, even though I live local. Pizza is never cut, and slapped into the box and extremely greasy! This must be a franchise because the way it’s ran is appalling."
"Food took 2 and a half hours to deliver missing items rude staff. Very dissatisfied"
"Dodge the disappointment! Ordered 2 thin pizzas, one is a burnt crisp. All food is cold, delivery tracker goes from 9 mins to 16 and then back down. Then Bianca phone put down after leaving us on hold for several minutes when we complain. Joke pizza service. Do yourselves a favour and drive down to the hut / papa johns. You won’t get this rubbish. That’s our last order at this place."
"So.... Upon leaving work, I decided that as a nice treat we'd get some pizzas for a blustery Tuesday night. What a mistake! I rang the Waterloo store to order. The company representative who answered even knew my name, because of previous orders that have been phoned in. Imagine my surprise, when ordering a gluten free pizza, I was told I would not be able to do so over the phone. I asked why and apparently this is '' a new health and safety regulation. '' Madness. The saga continued when I decided that the Waterloo store did not need my custom. I happened to drive past Domino's Castlegate Retail Park, nearer to my current location (as was). I duly parked up, and entered the business premises. Mistake number two. The staff did not immediately seem to pose a problem. To myself, I thought 'I may be able to get a pizza!' I began to order.. A large Tandoori hot and a Vegi Volcano on a gluten free base. This was where my issues began. I was told by the representative that this would not be possible. I was told I could only order gluten free pizza when using the app. Despite being stood not five yards from potential pizza. I laughed, assuming this was a slightly bizarre joke. Mistake number three. I asked what I would do if I did not have access to the Domino's app. There was not a sufficient answer to that... So I left, went to Pizza Hut and enjoyed excellent food for half of the extortion of Domino's. TLDR - Domino's don't serve gluten free pizzas unless you order through the app. Even if you're stood right there in front of a machine designed to handle orders. Go to Pizza Hut.. Much better."
