"£20.50p for a 16inch 50/50 meatfeast/pepperoni pizza and 2 cans of coke was happy to pay but once I received my food opened my pizza box it was swimming in grease floppy no meat apart from pepperoni phoned them up for him to say its because of the pepperoni that's why its undercooked dripping in grease the box was pratclly falling apart but he said oh nothing I can do as were closing kow I said I just want a simple refund or asked to speak with the boss and he just out the phone down will be going down tomorrow to collect my refund !!!!!! HOW CAN YOU HAVE PIZZA ABOVE YOU SHOP BUT NOT ABLE TO MAKE 1 CORRENTLY THINK SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE HEAR"

"Pizzas usually top notch but absolutely shocking tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas and both of them burnt bottom of both pizza's black. Management contacted me and rectified the issue. Good to see they care about customers to explain what happened and sorting the issue out for us"

"UPDATE: AUG 2022. The owner has since been in touch with me, to apologise for the terrible Service I received and has refunded my meal in full and given me compensation. This is appreciated and I feel appropriate in this situation. 1 to 3 stars now. Thank you Upset at this place. Back in January, ordered a burger and asked for no cheese on it, wrote that in the comments and also rang them to double tell them no cheese, as the person who would be eating it were allergic to it. Burger came with cheese! Rang to tell them, they couldn't do anything that night as were too busy they said, but mention it next time and they would sort it. Few weeks later, decided to order again, as advised by the restaurant, mention the burger in the comments and we will sort it. No burger came, so this time we were down a meal, as the free burger this time would be someones meal. I rang the restaurant, and was told, they didn't see the comment on my order about the owed burger. Finally, ordered another meal 2 days ago, rang them this time before submitting order, to remind them about the burger. This time was told they don't deliver to me as its too far away. I told them they have been delivering here over 2 years. The guy said ok, but were busy, but I'll sort it. Burger came this time. Now, what's made me angry, is the other dish we ordered which was carbonara was disgusting! It was full of oil! (see the picture.) So that's another meal down. So the money spent here to sort this burger issue out, is ridiculous. Its £17 min. order and £5 delivery. So its cost me £66 to sort this burger issue out. I am fed up of being fobbed off by businesses and getting the same old ' we will sort it next time'. well, unfortunately, there's not going to be on for Alessio's. Not happy at all."

"Purchased a Pizza, chips and a burger. Burger was undercooked, pizza base tasted like cardboard and I have no way of explaining how "wrong" the pizza sauce tasted. Not terrible, but not good and just not quite right. Offputting enough to not be able to finish. Chips were okay."
