The driver asked us for £ 10 to take away . We have been loyal customers for over 4 years. "Used this place for years but since back from covid it's gone down hill. The food is hit & miss as to whether it tastes the same as last time but in fairness is always tasty. The drivers are always polite & respectful. The young order taker finds it funny when you call & tell them the food is barely warm unless it's the salad then that's always warm. We order once / twice weekly for min of 3 people & don't think asking for hot food is out of the question. The last 4 weeks I've called & said the food could be hotter. Today enough, I've called again after checking that the driver came direct which is literally 2 min drive. Call handler (without knowing my circumstances) said in future perhaps I should collect our food when I told him I was returning this order (never done that before) I replied in future I will use another company."
