Arrived cold and texas bbq barely had any topping compared to usual. Nachos inedible! Customer service disgraceful! No apology, lied to and they even hung up the phone on me. I rang back and demanded a refund and was told they'd done their job and refused to refund me! I will never order from this branch again, not first time they've been a let down."
