"A smaller restaurant with a great flavour and taste, usually the staff are welcoming at non busy times, I am a regular here as I enjoy Veg diet, Cons - no hot drinks, due to constant online orders and delivery drivers picking up, it's not so quick service, Cons - One young lady staff is IGNORANT of Queing system, yesterday Sunday evening I walked in and some other people walked in behind me, and there were 3 staff taking orders on the counter, and I was next in the Queue, and I moved to the counter and was standing infront of the young lady staff, she was positioned near the kitchen door, and she totally ignored me and got into greeting & conversation with people behind me and served them before me, Those people just parked their car outside and walked in behind me, and were also behind me in the Queue, and they had no delivery bags on them, so they were customers just like me, I found her attitude very disappointing and unprofessional, I have seen her before and she had difficulty in taking my name during previous visit, And equally shameful of the two customers behind me to jump the Queue. just because the the young lady staff is favouring them, I would not feel so welcome or confident visiting again in the future, with lack of discipline from such staff, But to ignore a regular customer in favour of family or friends, or blowing their own language in my face, or serving people with head gear before others is not really a healthy practice, That's why I leave One Star, until my next visit, and that's for unprofessional attitude when serving waiting customers."

"I went to West Bromwich branch for the first time. I was the final customer of the night last Friday. I am predominantly a meat eater but I must say I really enjoyed all 3 different pizza's, delicious. Freshly made from fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend it."

"When I have visitors from afar, they always want me to order from here based on the hype. I get a mixed reaction. Some of them enjoy it and want it again, some tend to be disappointed. I personally find the pizzas a bit on the dry side myself, and a little pricey for what they are unless you get an Uber Eats discount code. Not sure if they still do their own delivery service since getting on Uber Eats, but I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery direct from them if they do. I've previously had occasions when I've been quoted 2-3 hours. The customer service has never really been that great, and the added occasional sarcasm towards customers on social media channels doesn't really help that improve. That said, as long as my guests continue to want the famous Mr Singh's Pizza, I will continue to be a customer."

"The best place vegetraian pizza around.I have to say everytime I have been here I have never been disappointed with the quality of food, the flavours are amazing and the toppings are great substitute of chicken and meat. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly, yet to try other options from the menu. Definitely recommend to to try it out !!"
