"I ordered on just eat at 18.15 and said upto 45 minutes for delivery, after an hour I tried calling and after 17 times of trying no one ever answerd after an hour n half I went someplace else, soon as I sat down to eat half way through they turn up, I asked if he worked for Casio and he said yes, I explained I orders almost two hours ago, that I couldn't get through and that I've been somewhere else, his reply was actually disgusting, he told me it was very busy and that I'd been someplace else that I should never order from them ever again or even enter their shop, I have requested a refund before he even arrived from just eat, the no answer on the phone, two hour wait and then the rudeness of the driver I didn't need him to say dnt ever order from caspians again or to even enter their shop, I had already made my own mind up on that, for the driver that came to my house you seriously need some customer service skills as not even an apology for being two hours on a 45 minute order! TOTAL DISGRACE!"

"Bought a meal deal for only £6 which included a small pizza, drink and fries. I waited a very small amount of time for my food and the guys that served me was very friendly and polite. When I left to eat my food, the box containing my chips was the same size as my small pizza box and was full to capacity with fresh fries!! The portion of fries for the money was fantastic and easily a sharable amount Tasty, cheap, and piping hot, would definitely reccomend"
