"I was in Altrincham the other day and my fiancée really wanted a nice proper wood fired pizza so we went to try Pix Pizza and I can definitely say that we made the best choice ever ! I’ve had a nduja and gorgonzola pizza and Monica had a Margherita and I’m not gonna lie, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had !!! The guys were so lovely, they really looked after us and gave us some suggestions about the ingredients to put on top! Thanks so much Francesco, Vincenzo and Massimo ! Definitely gonna come back soon!"

"Ordered two pizzas via deliveroo. Only one turned up (cold on delivery) - the driver said it was all he had been given. Called Pix, they eventually answered and showed no interest in helping, told me it as my problem not theirs. No effort was made to resolve the situation. Short sighted as they've now lost our custom. Very disappointing."

"I ordered a pizza this Saturday and they accidently gave my pizza to another customer(even though i was waiting for over 25 minutes and this customer customer well after i oredered) who opened the box and tore a slice out to realise it was not their order. I was standing outside watching the whole thing and then one minute later the chap took the box inside and brought it back to me. When I refused to accept he offered to make a new one, was too late by then as I caught his intention to sell me pizza opened and touched by another customer. I was appalled with their health and safety standards, they make look like nice pizzas but if this is how they deal with orders then who know what germs you are eating from this place and what else goes on behind the counter....I felt like puking at the time. Will never buy here again as their health and safety standards are extremely poor. I felt so revolted that I just left the place, my £13 wasted."
