"Absolutely appalling customer service. Didn’t have hash browns so didn’t send out an entire meal I paid for which there was no replacement sent or refund given. Phoned up to ask and had phone put down on me. Other food arrived but chicken nuggets batter wasn’t cooked and neither was the fries. If I could give them a 0 I would. Disgusting restaurant, avoid at all costs!"
"food arived on time, food quality was a disater asked them to redo order and only brought chips out they refused to come back to give me a fresh burger they said no next time, and now have blocked me for contacting them, would not recomend the burger is pink and purple inside not happy at all chips were frezzing cold also small portion paid £5.00 for a burger and fries had a burger not cooked and had a 3 year old portion off fries, waste of money"
