"0 customer service skills. Undercooked my pizza (somehow)- seemed like they were in too much of a rush eating their own lunch. Asked to be cooked more (rather than a half cooked pizza that’s falling apart like a tortilla). Told no. Requested money back, rightly. Was told ‘give me piece back you get money back’ (as well as laughing) after I’d attempted to eat it- pizza was still warm as had been less than 5 minutes out of the shop. These guys are a bit of a joke company with 0 skills or consistency. There’s a great pizza place run by Italians two doors down who know what they’re doing, and know how to deal with customers, while these guys are dreadful."

"Their pizza was okay, a bit more on the american than the italian side but their pasta was atrocious. Heavily over-salted spaghetti, watery bolognese sauce with virtually no taste and "beef" that tastes heavily processed and cut in minuscule square pieces? I'm not sure what I received in the box but it was definitely not fresh bolognese. I am convinced that I have had better canned sauces than the one I had ordered from this restaurant..."

"I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible customer service, the guy who served my by phone, just yell at me because I was able to understand its accent! Not to mention the pizza I ordered via Just Eat arrived with 40 mins delay, cold and the quality was just the normal one you can get from Iceland for less; not to mention the salad Caprese that I could do it easily in 2 minutes with 2 pounds! I submitted a complaint via Just Eat and they just sent a general email copied and pasted from a script they sure have to handle complains. I asked refund of my money and it was denied! Very unprofessional customer service, very poor quality of food! A star is too much for what they deserve. I wish Google set a new rating minus star and yet, a minu star would be too much for this business."

"Pizza is great but the delivery took an hour.. i live 10 mins from them.....so im just very confused and this wasn't the first time. I also received bad salad, it looks like a week old salad. Please Please take care of your paying customers.."

"Awful Pizza, it seems the chef' has no interest in his job. Recooked one of the pizza's as the egg was jiggly. Cheap looking meats almost like spam. Potato skins looked so so sad, raw looking with a light sprinkle of cheese, the best part was the jalapeño poppers as I assume they were out of the freezer, I definitely wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Sure if they love what they do, but there's no love here. Just bad food"
